Introducing the Blackberry 7250

My name is Chuck Rist and I am approaching a 34 year eternal love affair with the Huskers Football program. I am not your prototypical Nebraska born and raised fan. I was born in New Port, RI and raised just south of the Nebraska border in Belleville, KS. My father was born in Lincoln, Nebraska, and we have documented proof that my ancestors on my father’s side dates back to the pre-dawn days of the “Civil War” as one of Nebraska’s first “Pioneering Families”.

So, nevertheless, I have vivid memory of listing to the legendary broadcaster Lyell Bremser with my father as a young boy. I was groomed to be a Nebraska fan, not only by my father, but my Grandmother, and my Great Grandmother who by the way resided in Omaha at the time of my childhood. Neither one of them would even think speaking to the poor soul (family or not) if you found yourself rooting against the Cornhuskers.

We frequently traveled to Omaha on weekends and holidays while growing-up and I became thoroughly enamored with the atmosphere that surrounded the community during game day. It was like nothing I have ever experienced, and it remains to this day.

My passion for Nebraska Football is a serious Illness. Missing a broadcasted game is out of the question. I have missed birthday parties, weddings, etc. I remember growing-up at a time before cable TV and the only stations we were able to pick-up were out of Nebraska, and therefore I was able to watch the “Tom Osborne” twice in one night at 6 and 10pm.

I can make the best deal for Husker fans that want a personal or business Sprint cell phone and/or any wireless, WAN or LAN infrastructure that your company may need. Give me a call and be sure to mention that you found me through HuskerPedia™ to get your special deal on a Husker RED phone with the fight song installed as a ring option.
