Hi, my name is Brenden Stai and I live in Orange County, Ca.. I was an All-American for the 1994 Nebraska Cornhuskers National Championship Team. 1994 was an amazing story of one team overcoming the greatest odds and fulfilling a 2 year goal.

The 1994 National Championship team proved to the entire world that any team with the leaders (Tom Osborne), the powerful force of sheer will to overcome adversity (Tommie Frazier) and a strong team UNITY can beat even the fiercest competitor.

I know this all to well, especially because I was given the responsibility to take out one of college football’s premiere defensive tackles, Warren Sapp from the University of Miami. The coaches looked to me to switch positions (right guard to left guard) to stifle Sapp at his game. The strategy worked and the Pipeline prevailed.

I am more proud of what we accomplished in 1994 than I am of anything I accomplished as a Pro (Super Bowl XXX, 2 AFC championship games, 7 Playoff games, 135 starts in the NFL).

Now, I play on a different team and that team is Prudential California Realty. The same fundamentals apply in Real Estate as in football. Overcoming any obstacle that stands in the way can be achieved with the right desire and skill to get the job done!

I have lived all over the country and have bought and sold real estate for over 13 years and the one common trend I have found is most realtors are the same. I have set myself apart from the rest by offering my clients the ability to reposition their equity and set themselves up for a lifetime of victories!

I have teamed up with some business people who flat out GET IT. Why work so dang hard for money when we should have money work hard for us? Having the right team in place gives my clients every opportunity to achieve any goal they set for themselves. Whether the goal is to obtain their first home or whether the goal is to leverage themselves through equity management and buy that second home or have their equity pay off their mortgage in 10 to 20 years. This, my friends, is what rich people do! As a society we tend to fall back on old values and beliefs (“pay off my mortgage”….”bring my monthly payment down”. At the end of the day we are no better off than when we started…..it’s truly amazing!
