HuskerPedia™ will have a New Years Eve at the Jacksonville Elks Club close to the Gator Bowl stadium at 1855 West Road (we have the entire building rented). It will include the following.

Hosts: Johnny Rodgers and Tommie Frazier
Appetizers and Hors d'Oeuvres
Fresh fruit and cheese montage with melons, berries, honey dew swans, pineapple boats, grapes, strawberries, kiwi, star fruit, homemade fruit dip, assorted cheeses, assorted gourmet crackers and homemade dips. Russian Rye with homemade spinach dip, Carribean meat balls, lemon chicken skewers with Jezebel sauce, Crostinis with bruschetta and caponata toppings, assorted holiday cookies and brownies, homemade lemonade.

Professional DJ with Karaoke and Dance Floor

The event is limited to 250 people. The price for the event is $70 per person. People staying at the Hyatt downtown or the Wyndham can select the option for transportation to and from the hotel for $89 per person.
